I’ve been ordering and buying from yall for a long time now you can check my account. I have never had an issue in the past couples years until now. I received my cookie and it was crumbled to the point I can’t even eat it. It’s basically dust. As well I ordered 3 pretzel bites which came fully melted and now they are basically inedible. Even if I freeze them the mg of thc count will be off because of the random sizing now. This is a concern because I don’t want to take more than I normally do by accident. Is there any way to get some sort of compensation or something because this is very disappointing. Again never had an issue like this before so it is very disheartening. I’ve attached pictures below.
